Welcome to Lore Speakeasy and Escape Room ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, services, products, and experiences (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to book and consume alcoholic beverages through Lore's services. If you are participating in escape room activities, you must meet any age and participation requirements outlined at the time of booking.

By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Bookings and Payments

All reservations for Lore’s speakeasy and escape room experiences must be made through our designated platforms. Full payment may be required at the time of booking. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any booking at our sole discretion, in which case a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

Certain events may have additional terms and conditions, which will be presented at the time of booking.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made within the time frame specified on our booking page are eligible for a full or partial refund. No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeited payments. We reserve the right to change our cancellation and refund policies at any time.

4. Code of Conduct

While visiting Lore, all guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and our property. We reserve the right to refuse service, remove, or ban individuals who engage in disruptive, dangerous, or unlawful behavior.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including text, logos, images, audio, and design elements—is the property of Lore or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from your access to or use of our Services.

Participation in our experiences, including escape rooms and events serving alcohol, involves some inherent risks. By participating, you assume all risks associated with the activities.

7. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website unless otherwise noted. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
