Hi Everyone,

It breaks my heart to have to share that we are officially moving our soft opening to June 5, 2025. I just found out my escape room (I designed it here, but had it fabricated in Poland), which was expected to arrive this weekend, isn’t arriving until May 29, our original opening date. We need several working days (and an army of people) to organize and assemble it, so our space would just not be ready in time 🙁 I was careless to trust international shipping timelines during these turbulent geo-political times and naive for hoping things would just work out if I stayed diligent and positive.

I’m sorry if this affected your plans – I know we had a few birthdays and going-away celebrations, and am devastated I couldn’t give you the experience you wanted. Still, I can’t express in words how much it meant to me knowing you wanted to be part of our opening weekend– It was the fuel that gave the sleepless nights and overly caffeinated mornings meaning and purpose. Through social media, I hope you saw the energy it gave me to work hard towards making the original date possible for you all.

If you would consider joining us for the new soft opening weekend (June 5-7), I’d love to treat you to free appetizers (think horderves coming around on a silver platter) and a complimentary apéritif 🥂 from the menu in our secret themed lounge, an experience that was scheduled to be revealed to the public at our soft opening. I know it doesn’t make up for lost plans, but I hope it gives you all something else to look forward to.
